This is a festival. It's fun, it's light-hearted and it isn't serious on the dress code, but we do have to draw the line somewhere. Your attitude is just as important as your clothing!
And don't forget - it's a grass field so sensible footwear is highly recommended.
The full line up and set times will be announced on the day at midday, but only at the festival itself

No, we don't allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the festival. Only food and drink purchased at the festival may be consumed on site. If you have special dietry or medical requirements, please email us at
Unfortunately we can't pre-release the drinks prices, however we'd like to assure everyone that individual drinks prices will not be excessive and only be what you would expect to pay at a city centre bar or club - and in many cases actually less. As a guide, on average it's roughly £3.50/£4.50 per drink depending on the particular product. It's possible to get them even cheaper if you buy by the case, or one of the bottle/party packs. These prices work out to be quite a bit cheaper than if you bought the same quantity drink for drink.
Some postcodes in the immediate vicinity of the festival site are entitled to discounted tickets. The discount amount is pre-set and varies with distance from the festival. Proof of residence is required. Please email us for details at Please note this is a gesture of good faith by the festival organisers and is not an automatic entitlement. Discounts are granted at the management's discretion. Applications must be recieved by midnight on wednesday 6th Sept.
If you have won tickets from another organisation then it's up to that organisation to get you your tickets. For example if you won tickets from a Heart radio show then you need to speak to Heart to ask where your tickets are.
You can bring deodorant and make up or similar, perfume is ok as long as it's not in a glass bottle. Glass is not permitted on the site.
The site is fully wheelchair accessible, with designated disabled toilets. See our disabled info page for more details
Yes, subject to the usual search and security.
Sure, as long a they are over 18.
The gates are closed at 7pm - make sure you're there before! Although we'd suggest being as early as possible just to make sure you don't miss anything :)
This is not about proving how old you are. It helps us make sure that we provide a safe and secure environment for everyone to have and enjoy themselves.
