Reminisce Festival is subject to full license approval. In the event of changes or cancellation, please refer to paragraph 10 below.
In these Terms & Conditions (the “Conditions”):
“Event” means the event for which you have purchased a ticket.
“The Promoter”, “we”, “us”, and “our” means Reminisce Festival Life and any associated promoter(s) of the Event.
“You” and “your” means you, the ticket holder.
Your purchase of a valid ticket and entry into the Event constitutes your acceptance of all Conditions set out below.
A valid photographic driver’s license or provisional license (in date)
A valid passport (not a photocopy)
A Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card – more info on the PASS website
A valid Armed Forces photo ID card
A national photo identity card (issued by a country other than the UK)
A ValidateUK card
Citizen’s photo ID card
Photographic ID is required. Reminisce is strictly an over-18s event. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Anyone found using ID that is not their own will have both the ID and their ticket confiscated. This may lead to prosecution for both the ID owner and the impersonator.
On-the-spot ID checks will be carried out throughout the site.
All attendees must retain their ID and present it upon request by event staff.
Last entry is strictly 7:00 PM. No refunds for late arrivals.
Dress code:
No tracksuits.
No clothing that may cause offense, alarm, or distress.
Jeans and trainers are acceptable.
No masks, scarves, full-face paint, or face coverings unless for religious reasons. All attendees are subject to ID checks and searches.
No pass-outs, no re-entry, no refunds (subject to clause below).
No outside food or drink permitted. Food and drink vendors are available inside.
No glass items allowed.
No illegal substances.
Search is a condition of entry.
Refunds apply only if the Event is:
Cancelled
Rescheduled
Subject to a material change (excluding artist line-up changes)
A “material change” is determined by the Promoter. A change in artists is not considered material.
Refund claims:
Must be made within 3 months of a cancelled event (unless advised otherwise).
Must be made in good time before a rescheduled or materially changed event.
Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are at your own risk.
Tickets are revocable, non-transferable licenses and remain the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid.
The Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
Damaged, altered, or defaced tickets may be deemed invalid.
Tickets cannot be used in promotions or media without written consent from the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to confiscate the following (including but not limited to):
Weapons, knives, razors, cutlery
Dangerous or inappropriate items
Unauthorized recording equipment (may be destroyed/confiscated)
Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or similar gas mixtures
Additional restrictions:
No unauthorized trading or vendors on-site
No unauthorized buses, camper-vans, or coaches on-site
No camping permitted
No smoking in enclosed public areas
No alcohol permitted from outside the Event arena
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
Anyone resisting confiscation of banned items or violating Conditions may be evicted.
Instructions from Event staff and stewards must be followed at all times.
The Promoter reserves the right to introduce additional safety measures.
The Promoter is not liable for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at the Event.
Property brought onto the site is at your own risk.
Entry constitutes consent to being photographed/filmed/recorded for promotional or security purposes.
The Promoter accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other losses due to cancellations or rescheduling.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Disabled access: Contact us in advance for special arrangements.
This is a greenfield site – terrain may be uneven.
Prolonged exposure to loud sound may cause hearing damage.
Strobe lighting and smoke effects may be used.
Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions (including warm clothing for the evening).
Cloakroom facilities available.
Food, drink, and official merchandise available on site.
Respect St Helens residents; leave quietly and use litter bins.

If you sign up to our mailing list or buy tickets, your data is collected and stored by In Demand Events Ltd.
We do not match your data with third-party databases.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data is stored securely on encrypted databases hosted on AWS RDS servers.
All our websites use SSL encryption, meaning any data you enter is securely transmitted over the internet.
Your data flows directly from signup forms to our secure servers—never via unsecured platforms.
At times, small subsets of data may be temporarily stored on Dropbox when staff are working with the information. Both AWS and Dropbox are fully GDPR compliant.

From time to time, In Demand Events may email you about other similar events they manage.

We use anonymized data to better understand our audience and improve the event experience.
