As the event is held on a greenfield site there will be areas of the event that may have hilly sections and uneven ground, meaning that access around that site could be difficult, especially in bad weather conditions. Please bare this in mind when booking for the event.
Reminisce provide a number of facilities around the site to accommodate disabled customer’s needs. Not all disabled customers need use of these facilities, but we will provide access to whatever is needed and/or a free PA/companion ticket where required to ensure your day is comfortable and most of all enjoyable.
We offer a personal assistance scheme which enables those coming to Reminisce Festival in need of assistance to claim a ticket for a personal assistant at no charge. This is eligible to customers who meet the criteria below and purchase a ticket at full value if they would be unable to attend an event without the active support of another person.
Personal assistant tickets are available for those with one or more of the following:

A claim must be made at least 28 days before the date of the event

The routes to Reminisce will be clearly signposted to help avoid traffic snarl ups and ensure everyone gets maximum time at the festival and minimum time on the motorway! If you follow the dedicated signs to the festival they will direct you to the car park at Lea Green station. There are disabled spaces available here.
The nearest train stations to the event are Lea Green and St Helens Central.

All customers enter the event through the main entrance.
There is a viewing platform available for wheelchair users in the main arena.
There are male and female accessible toilets with attendants located around the site.
A power point can be made available for customers who may need to charge their electrical wheelchair or scooter.
We regret that there is no induction loop facility at this event.
You are advised that flicker, laser, strobe and other lighting effects will be used during some performances.
If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognizable.
